Job Summary:

• The Business Analyst (BA) serves as the conduit between the customer (Business), software development and Quality Assurance (QA) teams through which requirements flow. This Business Analyst will specifically be supporting the Salesforce Platform. The primary objective is requirements elicitation and how that translates into technical solutions that add value to projects both on a small and large scale. This job requires an experienced analyst who can partner effectively with all levels of the organization, lead others, drive results, proactively identify and resolve problems. The person needs to be independent, self-starter and needs little direction.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 4 years experience serving as a senior business analyst or product owner for software applications.
• Experience working on the Salesforce platform specifically listed below:
• Helpful to have Oracle GL and Vertex O-series experience.
• Plus - Mellon Bank and Paymentech backgrounds
• SF Billing processes - Billing, Invoicing, Cash, Revenue Functions
• Billing integration
