- In depth knowledge of Salesforce Service Cloud and explicitly experience of using it in a Call Centre environment operating at a large scale (must have)
- Experience of integrating a virtual contact centre with Salesforce (must have)
- Specifically experience of Genesis Pure Cloud (should have)
- Knowledge of specific integration patterns and tools for the Salesforce platform (must have)
- Specifically a good knowledge of Salesforce connect (external objects) to integrate with APIs (must have)
- Knowledge of industry standard integration patterns (must have)
Key Responsibilities:
- Delivering technical architecture, across multiple programs according standards & departmental expectations
- Leading and guiding introduction, design & continuous development of CI/CD across the SalesForce ecosystem, engaging with other key stakeholders
- Designing integration architecture, data architecture, overall solution architecture and business/process architecture
- Regularly attending and contributing (weekly) Technical Design Authority meetings and have a detailed understanding of the product roadmap
- Designing and implementing specific SFDC designs for the environment and deliver technical solutions
- Implementing and maintaining high standards of solution design and implementation
- Leading client meetings to gather business requirements and translate them into technical solutions
- Working according to any processes (e.g. Scrum, Agile, CI/CD etc.)
Requirements
- Minimum 5-years experience designing Salesforce solutions, preferably within a retail / ecommerce technology Salesforce Partner
- Strong operational knowledge of as well as Salesforce Certifications in Sales, Service, Community, Marketing clouds.
- Experience documenting end to end solutions.
- Strong track record in data modelling, Cloud architecture, SalesForce, integration technologies, performance and scalability architecture
- Self-started and possesses a strong initiative to find ways to implement improvements to solutions, systems, and processes.
- Capable and organised communicator who is proficient in working with customers as well as globally, dispersed teams.
