RESPONSIBILITIES:

Kforce has a client seeking a SalesForce Administrator in Clearwater, FL.

Responsibilities:

Develop customized solutions within the Salesforce platform to support critical business functions and meet project objectives using Apex Classes, Apex Triggers, Lightning Components and Flows
Help translate business needs into technical and functional requirements
Participate in the evaluation, scope, and completion of new enhancements and business process change requests
Collaborate with other IT Teams and cross functionally to create high performing and scalable solutions
Remain current on new Salesforce features and functionality to ensure compatibility with existing development and proactively recommend solutions to potential issues
Determine when to use declarative configuration and when to leverage programmatic customizations for solutions built on the platform
Demonstrate flexibility and willingness to be hands on, provide recommendations to stakeholders, and take ownership for completion of short-term and long-term projects
This will involve meeting with project managers and stake holders, providing feedback on requirements, coding new Salesforce applications and pages, creating workflows and processes, maintaining user roles and permissions, and troubleshooting applications errors
Elevate user experience as a knowledgeable liaison between technical teams, testing teams, and business
Support other technologies and automation processes as needed

REQUIREMENTS:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, MIS or related field; Master's degree in Computer Science or similar discipline
Certified Salesforce Platform Developer II (PDII) or equivalent experience
Certified Salesforce Administrator or equivalent experience
Certified Salesforce Platform App Builder or equivalent experience
3+ years of Salesforce development experience using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning component frameworks, triggers, batch apex and Salesforce APIs
Advanced SQL skills
Experience with cloud or on-premise middleware and other enterprise integration technologies
Experience in Salesforce point and click configuration using workflows, validation rules, sales process setup, roles & profiles, reports and dashboards
In-depth understanding of the architecture, capabilities and constraints of the SFDC CRM application coupled with good understanding of business processes
Experience integrating Salesforce.com with other applications using SOAP, REST, BULK and Streaming APIs
Demonstrative success with large Salesforce.com integration projects
Experience in building complex, scalable, and high-performance software systems that have been successfully delivered to customers
Strong understanding of relational databases and competency using MS SQL Server and MYSQL
Familiarity with agile software delivery methodologies such as Scrum
Must have high attention to detail and strong analytical skills
