Axel is looking for our first Product Manager Salesforce to shape our Customer-Centric organisation in the midst of MoovOne’s exponential growth
As Product Manager Salesforce, you will be responsible for configuring and optimising how we manage customers in our CRM (Salesforce). Your role will be to build and deploy the best technical and operational solutions for all our internal users in order to streamline all our customer-centric processes, enhance their productivity and improve the overall customer experience.
This role is based in our Paris office in the 17e. This is a demanding position, where you will learn a lot from the full team and have a huge impact on the growth of MoovOne as we scale and expand internationally in 2021.
WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING DAY-TO-DAY
Land a customer-centric tooling & data approach
- Put in place and maintain a digital toolset and data model
- Identify all potential toolset and data enhancements
- Manage a complete tooling integration (CRM, MO platform, Hubspot, KM etc.)
- Streamline all processes and drive efficiencies
Salesforce product management
- Configure Salesforce & set up as many automations as possible
- Build a roadmap for enhancements and drive the delivery
- Fully document our ways-of-working in a Sales Playbook
Tooling adoption & monitoring
- Onboard, train and support all users on Salesforce and other tools
- Monitor usage (e.g. data entry) and performance
- Engage all teams by setting up the right communication channels, ensure strong feedback loops
Sales & Customer Success teams performance monitoring & reporting
- Lead Sales performance measurement & analysis, as well as business-wide/team performance reporting
- Drive how we track strategic initiatives

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
Non-negotiables
- You have a minimum of 3y experience in Sales Operations, with at least some of that experience being an environment that is growing & scaling fast: you must have seen what it’s like to support a team that doubles in 12m
- You are certified in Salesforce certified and have a strong experience in its administration and integration, including Salesforce Lightning
- You have a strong passion for the clockwork of the Sales function: operations, processes, tooling optimisation, etc., and you wish to learn & grow in and experienced Sales team
- You write & speak fluent English and French
Nice to have
- You have consulting experience, with a track record of complex project management
- You have strong affinity for Product Management
