After training and a tailored learning programme when you join, the IT Business Analyst is a unique opportunity to be part of a fast-growing organisation to coordinate between local countries service and development teams to launch Salesforce Field Service and implement solutions for the IT organization with a focus on the service business to improve process efficiency.
This role can be based in any Videojet location in Western Europe and offers Work from Home flexibility.
This role is an interim position that will last for 2 years. At the end of the 2 years, the role will be re-evaluated with the business leadership and management. Your responsibilities as IT Business Analyst at Videojet, include:
Translate business requirements into technical specifications developing new features and improving the existing ones to increase the functionality of Salesforce and other service system environments
Develop and implement reporting mechanisms for key business metrics and provide analytical support for users in order to identify and collect growth opportunities
Provide technical and software support to both mobile and non-mobile users and assist in the set-up, on-boarding and training of new users and managers
Create and modify logic-based business rules, email alerts and process flows to support continuous improvement
Develop and improve data collections, data integrity and data compliance in support of auditing activities Your experience/skills will include:
Strong analytical approach to provide hands on troubleshooting and issue resolution
Strong capability of deliver results while quickly adapting to changing priorities and unforeseen challenges
Good communication skills in a global environment, with both technical and non-technical team members and users around the world
Outstanding understanding of new and existing technological capabilities in Salesforce and other IT solutions and ability to apply solutions within Videojet
Programming and/or SQL-related coding experience, other CRM or ERP experience would be advantageous
Good command of English (written and verbal), and one of the following European languages would be a bonus: French, Spanish, German, Italian Our offer
