What are our expectations?
Reporting to the CRM Manager, you will be responsible of Salesforce Marketing Cloud roll-out, evolutions and all related projects. You will contribute to the implementation of a consistent and personalized communication towards our clients.
You will manage Salesforce Marketing Cloud related projects and evolutions to ensure continuous improvement. Furthermore, you will lead the activation of new CRM channels on the platform coordinating all stakeholders
