Salesforce Business Analyst

Description:

They are looking for a business analyst who is able to help with salesforce implementations of sales cloud, marketing cloud and service cloud over the next 6 months. This person needs to be willing to get in the weeds to help with scheduling, updating project plans, gathering and documenting technical requirements, creating use cases, and user stories. The candidate ideally has experience with prior salesforce implementations. Notes from Qual Call: • Looking for BA, someone with at last 5 years of experience (mid-level to senior) • Familiar with Agile process • Implementing full-stack SalesForce; salescloud, servicecloud, communitycloud (what this one is for) which sits on top of a lot of Crowley back-end information/data • SalesForce experience is a plus, not a requirement • While this is a BA position, they also need someone that is very flexible and not real ridged that they only do BA tasks (running meetings, scheduling, working with business partners, testing, etc.) • Primarily meeting with business partners, developers, Mainframe-focused resources as they are migrating off • Will not be the only BA tied to the Community Cloud piece – they are well down the road, this is not a project that is just getting started this is actually a backfill • Looking to roll out to customers by EOY, so would be nice if someone could come in and hit the ground running and handle this type of environment • High-level there are some self-service aspects, public information on Crowley’s routes, rates, etc. • Where they are headed – customer can login and see specific time tracker, specific bookings with Crowley • Does not want someone from a process perspective that they have to hold their hand, that is where the experience will be key • Logistics experience would be a huge plus as they will have to learn the business and why they are even making this move • Can sit 100% remote; they are 50% right now and the goal is to start getting them back onsite, so would rather them be in Jax so they can join meetings • Foresee this position lasting 18-24 months MIN with opportunity to roll FTE as well, no guarantees • CRM experience in general would be helpful, even if not SalesForce specifically • Interview process: Randy, manager and 1 business partner – could do 1 full hour same day to make it 1/done if that worked out better scheduling wise • Sooner the better to start interviews; he is more concerned about getting the right person vs. someone in next week
