Senior Salesforce Architect
DomainTools is looking for a Senior Salesforce Architect to work in conjunction with our Sales Operations Team supporting our Finance, Marketing, Sales and Account Management functions. The role supports our core business by designing the data and processes to drive business relationship management application platforms to enable our people to work more efficiently and deliver the highest levels of service to our customers. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing software solutions within our Salesforce Platform and other integrated tools

Requirements

Responsibilities:
Manage and innovate upon our Sales and Marketing tech stack – Salesforce.com, Outreach, LeanData, Marketo, LinkedIn, etc.
Responsible for the design and compliance to the corporate enterprise standards.
Plan, guide, and lead the system architecture design. Identify opportunities for application optimization, redesign, or development within the Salesforce platform that will support multiple business units. Guide best practices for security model, workflow, data validation and administration processes.
Architect or guide the process to rearchitect Salesforce for new products, contracts, and sales processes.
Partner with lines of business to gather, document and develop new requirements into Salesforce.com design and implementation by translating business requirements into creative and effective technical / functional solutions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams on new feature functional designs, functional requirements, limitations, and implementations of new initiatives;
Design, develop and maintain complex workflows rules, validation rules and custom workflow;
Lead development of analytical frameworks, tools, dashboards, and techniques to measure and report on key prospecting, pipeline, and sales metrics.
Design, implement and manage strong data integrity processes and controls

What we are looking for:
5+ years of experience in Salesforce (SFDC) CRM with end to end implementation experience
Experience implementing and development within Salesforce Lightning
Advanced knowledge of Salesforce and Excel required
Experience integrating with Cloud/SaaS applications, APIs, and other applications
Expert proficiency in financial modeling and analyzing complex and large data sets
Strong understanding of environment management, release management, code versioning best practices, and deployment methodologies
Understanding of systems architecture and ability to design scalable performance-driven solutions
Experience with internally developed quoting tools is a huge plus
Self-driven individual with a “get it done” attitude and a passion to solve complex business and technology problems
Adaptable to the quickly changing business environment
Passion and curiosity for technology and learning
MySQL experience preferred
