Chief Product Owner, Director - Salesforce

Position Overview:

Are you passionate about driving product vision & strategy? The Single-Family Chief Product Owner Director develops and drives the product vision and strategy, in partnership with business drivers/sponsors, as one of the closest people in the business to the customer, providing constant feedback to the team and helping to set and drive toward the vision. Set ambitious and clear product vision and communicate the story effectively to key stakeholders and the rest of the team. Own the end-to-end product strategy from inception and determine business value once solution enters production. Ensure customer-driven design considering user pain points & usability test results, using market & industry knowledge as well as continual research, to deliver a well-positioned product. Participates with other senior managers to establish strategic plans and objectives. Makes final decisions on administrative or operational matters and ensures operations' effective achievement of objectives. Works on complex issues where analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth knowledge of the company. Participates in corporate development of methods, techniques and evaluation criteria of projects, programs and people. Ensures budgets and schedules meet corporate requirements. Regularly interacts with executives and/or major customers. Interactions frequently involve special skills, such as negotiating with customers or management or attempting to influence senior level leaders regarding matters of significance to the organization. Drive innovation to improve the Housing Finance System by transforming the Single-Family strategic vision into well-designed execution and communication and by developing Single-Family strategic initiatives from concept through implementation -- all with a focus on speed to market.

The Chief Product Owner sets the vision and roadmap for the Agile Release Train (ART) to deliver value. They identify the market/customer needs and Return on Investment (ROI) and are accountable for content decisions that drive the flow of work on the train. 

 -Prioritize epic backlog by assessing business and customer value through input from all lead roles and various stakeholders 

 -Lead product sync meeting of Product Owners and stakeholders to ensure continuous alignment of product scope 

 -Participate in demos and drive stakeholder engagement 

 -Lead PI planning readiness of Product Owners and stakeholders to ensure the ART maintains continuous flow of value delivery 

 -Develop and communicate the program vision and roadmap to teams and stakeholders
