Introduction
As a Package Consultant at IBM, get ready to tackle numerous mission-critical company directives. Our team takes on the challenge of designing, developing and re-engineering highly complex application components and integrating software packages using various tools. You will use a mix of consultative skills, business knowledge, and technical expertise to effectively integrate packaged technology into our clients' business environment and achieve business results.

Your Role and Responsibilities
At IBM we understand that developers not only know how to code, but also have extensive knowledge of the Salesforce platform and use their coding skills only as a last resort.

What do we expect from you?

• To identify the best customisation option, always prioritising declarative vs. programmatic.
• You will be able to perform design-driven implementations.
• That you know the principles of development in shared environments, respecting the Governor Limits and optimising the performance of the solution.
• That you are able to customise the experience of our clients using APEX, Visualforce and Lightning Components.
• Control the basic principles of security and visibility offered by Salesforce, and apply them in your developments.

What are the requirements?

• Between 1 and 2 years of Salesforce experience.
• Certified in Administrator, Platform App Builder and Platform Developer I. If you're not, we'll help you get them during your first year!
• English level B2 or higher.
• Eager to grow and work in a team.

• Experience working in Agile methodologies
• Knowledge of DevOps
• Experience automating tests

Required Technical and Professional Expertise
Experience & demonstrate understanding of overall SFDC platform. Effectively run business user design and user experience sessions. Uses consulting skills, business knowledge and SFDC CRM experience to lead business / functional discussion with the client and internal teams (design, build, test teams). Demonstrate experience in Agile Scrum methods for Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC). . Provide experience in designing workflow rules to enforce business processes. Familiar with executing system and user acceptance testing.

Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise

• Salesforce certifications: Admin, Sales Consultant, Service Consultant
