Job Description
This is a remote position.
This is a full-time contract role for an experienced Salesforce Architect specializing in Marketing Cloud. As a Salesforce Architect, you will implement and design key components of Salesforce solutions. This hands-on role requires significant technical experience with the Salesforce.com platform and related cloud technologies.
Responsibilities:
- Guide our Clients to achieve or exceed their strategic goals by guiding their technical tools and outcomes and providing competitive recommendations that benefit the Client through Marketing Cloud.
- Works directly with Clients and Salesforce partners to facilitate Marketing Cloud solution sessions, considers key system capabilities across teams and technologies, and develops and delivers technical solutions.
- Serves as proactive technical liaison between multiple teams.
- Provides stakeholders with technology and feasibility assessments and makes solution proposals that fit the constraints of the Client.
- Guides the design and development of custom solutions on Salesforce and other platforms, coordinating multiple teams across multiple technologies.
- Supports and influences the Client's technical strategy and resulting project plans.
- Direct involvement and/or oversight of developing marketing requirements, including the technical strategy, detailed technical specifications, data modelling, process flows, integration designs including Marketing Cloud and surrounding technologies, such as Marketing Cloud Personalization (Formerly Interaction Studio), Customer Journey, and Marketing Intelligence.
- Maintains a strong leadership role with the stakeholders and develops and maintains high trust.
- Advances the relationship between stakeholders
- Assists with client presentations and solution proposals.
- Assists in writing and maintaining Marketing Cloud documentation developed for the Client.
Requirements
Required Skills:
- Minimum 10+ years of Salesforce Development experience
- Enterprise Architecture Experience, including significant experience in large-scale implementations with complex environments.
- Strong technical knowledge of Salesforce products, features, and capabilities, including development and deployment of best practices, including the Marketing Cloud platform and the related ecosystem.
- Experience with Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
- Proven success in defining and delivering custom Force.com enterprise applications as a technical leader.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Must be capable of navigating client organizations and leading efforts on sophisticated solution challenges with projects involving multiple teams and enterprise systems.
- Agile experience is a must.
