We are looking for a Salesforce Administrator (m/f/d) that is curious, enthusiastic, and eager to learn. As Salesforce Administrator you will be part of an agile team that works cross-functionally on revenue operations, business intelligences and growth initiatives. The focus of the team is to maximise our efficiency and effectiveness in delivering revenue growth.

In your role you will build and maintain our Salesforce CRM to ensure efficient operations, high data quality and a scalable sales setup. We are looking for a proactive individual that can help us continuously improve and enhance our Salesforce platform, gathering requirements and feedback and designing best practice solutions. You will coordinate and communicate with internal and external stakeholders.


What you will do

  • Serve as primary system administrator for the Salesforce environment with 100+ users

  • Work cross-functionally to identify best practice solutions to continuously improve processes and increase efficiency

  • Coordinate and communicate with internal and external stakeholders

  • Manage Salesforce integrations (Chargebee, Demodesk, Intercom, Aircall, etc.)

  • Customize and maintain the Salesforce UI, dashboards, data security and management

  • Build and manage automations: Flow Builder, Process Builder, Approval Processes

  • Develop and maintain documentation on processes and policies

  • Train new users and grow the Salesforce skill set across the organization

REQUIREMENTS

What we are looking for

  • Relevant work experience in marketing/sales/revenue operations or system administration

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, social sciences, or similar

  • Analytical and problem-solving skills with a strong attention to detail

  • Great communication skills with the ability to train internal teams and stakeholders

  • A tech-savvy, hands-on mindset with the desire to improve processes and challenge the status quo

  • A high level of initiative and self-motivation and a passion for working collaboratively in a team environment

  • Experience working with early-stage companies is a plus
