Description:
The Salesforce Administrator will provide systems analysis, solutions, and configuration for SalesForce environment that supports a few internal groups: Design, Agency and Graphics. The Salesforce Administrator will conduct both run-the-business activities along with providing system application expertise to strategic projects, as needed. Team will very quickly and take on strategic work in expanding Salesforce footprint and supporting the business in the transformation though their selling engagement model: processing quotes, handle customer care and what that looks like in terms of ticketing, etc.
We will need the Sr. SF Admin to help with the following areas while we expand:
- Heavy configuration, support, administration, and troubleshooting issues and implement fixes of Salesforce environment.
- Perform encoding, testing, debugging and installation activities as necessary.
- Work closely with Salesforce Architect to help establish best practices and implement changes
- Create, manage, and maintain reports and dashboards.
- Design, develop, enhance and maintain enhancements to existing Salesforce applications.
- Creates functional specs, assists technical teams, and creates test scripts and data during testing.
- Design, develop, and maintain workflow rules, validation rules, and custom workflows.
- Work with integration teams to roll out new applications to the Salesforce instance.
- Collaborate with various internal departments on new technical details, requirements, and implementations.
- Identity opportunities for application optimization, redesign, and development.
- Logs and tracks problem and development requests including message handling, resolution tracking, and problem escalation.
- This role will also be responsible for developing new functionality and enhancements and assisting with system integrations and new products rolled out to the Salesforce environment.
Additional Skills & Qualifications:
Collaborate with structured development team which includes Business Owners, Analysts, Architects, Developers, and Quality Assurance is required to facilitate defect resolution.
