CRM ROLL-OUT MANAGER

We are looking for a CRM Roll-Out Manager to join our Marketing Services Department, based at Group SEB headquarters' in Ecully.

You are responsible for Group Strategy & Tech implementation in markets, measure of performance and action plans follow up:

Define roadmap & roll out methodology

• You define Roll Out roadmap in collaboration with CRM Program Manager, Go to Market teams and IT roll out teams in order to contribute to global consistency

Support local stakeholders in performance management

• You ensure the right understanding of stakes at a local level and consistency across markets
• You make sure key prerequisites are in place & monitor markets learning curve from Standard to Advanced
• You are responsible for monitoring of Use Cases implementation & business impact

Coordinate with central stakeholders

• You coordinate with CRM Build team to help bring local needs on the roadmap with a level of prioritization against business value
• You manage CRM agency making sure local needs are understood & implemented locally

Change management & training

• You ensure the right level of training to local stakeholders
• You work toward implementing new operating model
