Responsibilities:
- Salesforce Project Manager will partner with internal stakeholders from Capital Raising Group, Engineering and Marketing to define our CRM product vision
- Collaborate with stakeholders and business partners to define product capabilities and experiences by performing requirements analysis, competitive analysis, application design, and implementation
- Participate in source and target system analysis, specification, design, and development activities
- Assist with legacy data extraction and scrubbing and with data mapping from legacy to Salesforce systems
- Plan and manage tasks associated with collecting, communicating, and documenting requirements for development
- Oversee execution of project across all phases in an agile environment and ensure appropriate collaboration across all stakeholders for successful execution with an eye to delivering business results
- Work closely across teams to solve day-to-day issues, test new features and fixes before released, and ensure appropriate training materials are created as part of project delivery and change management
- Define and monitor goals, measures of success, and metrics for continuous improvement
- Evangelize initiatives and vision; this includes writing (decks, infographics, how-to's, blogs, etc.) and distributing and presenting to groups and individuals
- As a Salesforce Project Manager, you will make strategic decisions to influence the product roadmap and drive strategy to deliver world-class CRM
- Anticipate bottlenecks, provide support for escalation management, make tradeoffs, balance the business needs versus technical constraints
- Clearly communicate goals, roles, responsibilities, and measures of success to internal cross-functional and remote project teams
- 3-6 years of business analyst, program management, and/or technology management experience for digital products in a technology or financial services focused business
- Proven history of successfully managing and delivering digital products on time and with high quality
- Experience shipping successful products, including defining vision, strategy, outcome-driven product roadmaps and creating and managing backlogs
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills; Excellent written and verbal communication with demonstrated experience engaging and influencing senior executives
- Ability to act both strategically and tactically with exceptional attention to detail
- Self-starter with demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced, ambiguous, deadline-oriented environment
- Able to interface directly with internal customers at every level to identify current and future needs, to conduct product demos, and to resolve issues
- Experience working in Agile and knowledge of sprint planning & prioritization
