Outbrain is seeking a Salesforce Business Analyst who will be responsible for managing the salesforce related projects for our revenue generating teams. The candidate will be serving as the “trusted advisor” for our publishers and advertisers business teams.

Responsibilities


  • Build strong relationships with business partners, learn and understand the challenges your focus business units face and become the Salesforce subject matter expert for your area. Have your finger on the pulse of the true needs of the organization.
  • Meet with stakeholders to learn about the challenges they face today, solicit requirements, document them, design & implement the solutions.
  • In collaboration with our development team, design scalable solutions which will increase efficiency, productivity and automation where appropriate allowing our systems to support the company’s rapid growth. Evaluate 3rd party applications where needed and provide guidance on best practices & implementation.
  • Support users with their problems by providing the best business processes.
  • Hands on implementation of any Salesforce configuration changes.
  • Build & provide the training materials for the business processes & train the global business teams.
  • Stay current with Salesforce releases, features, and best practices.


Minimum Qualifications


  • BS in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering or equivalent experience.
  • Experience implementing & customizing Salesforce (admin level)
  • Expertise and strong knowledge of standard Salesforce configuration and management: Workflows, Process builder, validation rules, Visual flow, roles and permissions, custom objects and fields, page layouts, user management
  • Experience in implementing Salesforce solutions as part of MIS domain.
  • Eager to create, improve & optimize the cross-business processes, and have vast experience in the CRM (Salesforce) environment, we'd love to meet you.
  • Ability to identify the real challenges, provide a scalable solution & deliveries in high quality.
  • Experience soliciting and documenting clear requirements
  • Experience with interfaces and connected apps
  • Working experience with Outreach, Yesware, Docusign - an advantage
  • Knowledge in Tableau CRM – a plus
  • Experience working in a global company in the advertising industry – an advantage
