The Baer Group is looking for Senior Salesforce Developer for 6+ Months Federal Remote Project.

Title: Senior Salesforce Developer
Location: Remote (Must be based in US)
Duration: 6 Months
Rate: All-Inclusive

Description:

• Support the implementation of an enterprise-wide case management Salesforce solution to manage all employee and labor relations cases.
• Design the solution, leveraging wireframes and prototypes for better interactions through simplicity and intuitiveness, apply our User Centered Designed principles to enhance the UX, and work with the Product Owner and stakeholders to define requirements per Sprint.
• Develop the application including configuration, report development and data migration, where applicable; collaborate with key Department stakeholders and team members to build solutions in SFDC that support business requirements
• Perform custom development (as required) and 3rd party integrations
• Carry out unit-testing and defect resolution
• Carry out migration of the changes to production
• Assist with technical design and solutioning.

Requirements:

• 8 years of Salesforce Development experience
• Apex and Lightning expertise
