Job Summary:
The role of the Senior Manager, Salesforce Analytics is to support the administration and reporting in Salesforce. He/she will manage projects to upgrade and enhance Salesforce, train Sales and Sales operations personnel in using the system, and improve global adoption rate. The senior manager will also be responsible for designing and running reports from Salesforce and supporting the Sales and Sales Operations group.
Responsibilities:
- Support Global Sales and Marketing usage and adoption of non-scientific tools including SalesForce, Expensify, Zoom.
- Design and rollout analytics report from Salesforce
- Lead and manage Salesforce CPQ enhancement project and datawarehousing initiative.
- General administration of SalesForce, maintaining operations and data integrity
- Track and record booked sales, with review and update of key business metrics
- Prepare regular and on demand reports on sales history, pipeline forecast and general performance of Business Development
- Develop and monitor CRM dashboards to provide insight to senior sales leadership
- Coordinate Request For Proposals with Business Development and Operations teams
Education and Experience Requirements:
- 2-3 years of business experience, preferably in sales and/or marketing operations
- More than 5 years of Salesforce experience
- Experience in Salesforce a must. Hubspot and MS Office a plus.
- Experience in life science working environment a plus
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance, Marketing or equivalent work experience
- Certification in SalesForce administration preferred
