Work you'll do:

The Salesforce Project Lead is a key role that will take charge of leading the SIS replatform, employing Agile methodologies, and providing support to our Functional Lead/Product Manager. The ideal candidate will have a robust background in project management within Salesforce environments and a solid understanding of Agile practices.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead Salesforce projects using Agile methodologies, ensuring project goals are met within specified timelines and budgets.
  • Facilitate Agile ceremonies such as daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and backlog grooming.
  • Work closely with the Functional Lead/Product Manager to align project goals with product vision and business objectives.
  • Provide regular updates on project progress, risks, and changes to the Functional Lead/Product Manager.
  • Coordinate the efforts of the Salesforce team, ensuring all team members are clear on their roles and responsibilities for each sprint.
  • Foster a collaborative environment and ensure effective communication within the team.
  • Engage with stakeholders across the organization to understand their needs, manage expectations, and ensure project deliverables meet their objectives.
  • Provide regular updates on project status, risks, and changes to stakeholders.
  • Identify potential project risks and devise mitigation strategies.
  • Manage project changes effectively, ensuring minimal disruption to project progress.
  • Oversee the quality of project deliverables, ensuring they meet predefined standards and requirements.
  • Ensure adherence to company policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.

Required Qualifications:
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) or Certified Scrum Master (CSM) certification is a plus.
  • Proven experience as a project lead in Salesforce environments.
  • Proficient in Agile methodologies and principles.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and risk management skills.
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce CRM and business processes.
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Must be a U.S Citizen that holds or is eligible to obtain the required clearance for this role
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
  • Ability to travel 20-50%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve
