The Salesforce Project Lead is a key role that will take charge of leading the SIS replatform, employing Agile methodologies, and providing support to our Functional Lead/Product Manager. The ideal candidate will have a robust background in project management within Salesforce environments and a solid understanding of Agile practices.

Work you'll do:

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Salesforce projects using Agile methodologies, ensuring project goals are met within specified timelines and budgets.
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies such as daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and backlog grooming.
- Work closely with the Functional Lead/Product Manager to align project goals with product vision and business objectives.
- Provide regular updates on project progress, risks, and changes to the Functional Lead/Product Manager.
- Coordinate the efforts of the Salesforce team, ensuring all team members are clear on their roles and responsibilities for each sprint.
- Foster a collaborative environment and ensure effective communication within the team.
- Engage with stakeholders across the organization to understand their needs, manage expectations, and ensure project deliverables meet their objectives.
- Provide regular updates on project status, risks, and changes to stakeholders.
- Identify potential project risks and devise mitigation strategies.
- Manage project changes effectively, ensuring minimal disruption to project progress.
- Oversee the quality of project deliverables, ensuring they meet predefined standards and requirements.
- Ensure adherence to company policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.

Required Qualifications:
- Project Management Professional (PMP) or Certified Scrum Master (CSM) certification is a plus.
- Proven experience as a project lead in Salesforce environments.
- Proficient in Agile methodologies and principles.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and risk management skills.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce CRM and business processes.
- Bachelor's Degree
- Must be a U.S Citizen that holds or is eligible to obtain the required clearance for this role
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
- Ability to travel 20-50%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve
