You Are

As a B2B Sales Transformation Manager in our Salesforce Practice, you will help clients reimagine their B2B sales processes, ways of working and supporting capabilities, aligned with Accenture thought leadership and solutions, powered by the Salesforce Platform. You would Manage functional teams to help clients transform their B2B Sales organizations.

The Work (Role Responsibility)

  • Develop a workstream project plan with dependencies and key milestones with other key workstreams and support how that fits into an integrated program plan
  • Lead a functional team and collaborate with clients to define end to end B2B Sales processes (including lead management, opportunity management, sales forecasting, pipeline management) across all key sales functions
  • Lead a functional team to define, design, prioritize and scope B2B Sales user stories and business requirements to support newly defined processes
  • Work closely with clients to understand how newly defined processes will impact their sellers and operations teams and feed those requirements into a change management approach to drive adoption and value
  • Support the implementation of the new processes by working closely with configuration and development teams
  • Support the execution of UAT
  • Oversee and support change management and adoption activities for new B2B sales processes and solutions
  • Support client adoption of newly defined processes and capabilities
  • Support client business case development, as needed
  • Support business development activities to drive additional delivery opportunities across the sales transformation space
  • Support the development of thought leadership, new assets, and other industry differentiators, on behalf of Accenture

As required by the Colorado Equal Pay Transparency Act, Accenture provides a reasonable range of minimum compensation for roles that may be hired in Colorado. Actual compensation is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, and specific office location. For the state of Colorado only, the range of starting pay for this role is $99,900 - $168,499 and information on benefits offered is here.


Here’s What You Need (Basic Qualifications)

  • 4 years of experience in B2B Sales transformation projects, powered by Salesforce
  • 4 years of knowledge of Salesforce functionality, specifically with Sales or Revenue Clouds
  • 2 years’ experience working with B2B Sales Leaders and sales teams (inside sales, field sales, channel sales)
  • 2 years’ experience leading workstreams (functional and/or technical) for project-based work.
  • Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 4 years work experience. If you have an Associate’s Degree, you must have a minimum of 6 years work experience

Bonus Points If (Preferred Skills)

  • You have experience being responsible for multi-shore projects
  • You have 4 years of experience in Cloud Computing (SaaS, PaaS) and Salesforce.com, either through work at industry participants or advising to the industry.
  • You have certifications in Salesforce.com and other cloud platforms
  • You have B2B Sales industry depth and experience in communications, high tech, industrial products, utilities/energy or banking.
  • You have a very good work ethic with a client centric focus (high intensity).
  • You have demonstrated experience leading and mentoring teams of up to 15 people.
  • You are customer oriented and great at building client relationships - Director to SVP level.
  • You have good communication and presentation skills
