We are seeking for a talented, energetic professional to lead and manage the Salesforce Innovation Centre (SIC) in London. The SIC drives strategic discussions and experiences with our customers, building trust in Salesforce as a partner and accelerate momentum and growth in the business. It is identified as a key engine and a game changer for all sales teams. It strengthens the relationships with our customers and accelerates their business in their effort to get closer to their customers. It also grows Salesforce's reputation in the market.

About the Role/What you’ll be doing...
This role includes the management of a team of Briefing Strategists, managing customer briefings, and a team of coordinators, in charge of shaping each briefings’ customer experience. You will define and promote the centre’s strategy in collaboration with the Sales teams. This is a very visible role in the local, regional organizations, and beyond, including strong stakeholder management, to ensure alignment across the ecosystem and the SIC’s success. These stakeholders belong to multiple organizations, at all company levels - including top Executives - essentially Marketing, Sales and Pre-Sales teams, local Leadership Teams, Industry teams and our global SICs (Amsterdam, Paris, Munich, San Francisco, New York, Sydney, Tokyo).

Your responsibilities will include:
  • Manage the centre on a day-to-day basis strategically and operationally
  • Ensure strong alignment with other centres worldwide
  • Focus on ROI from a business impact perspective with the development of analytics dashboards & tools
  • Foster effective relationships across the different organizations incl Sales Leadership and Marketing, such as Account-Based Marketing, Industry, Pre-Sales Organisations, and Executive Engagement ensuring
  • Communicate effectively and often to ensure all stakeholders are aligned
  • Lead functional projects and multiple initiatives from concept to completion
  • Work closely with Sales and Marketing building the CXO customer journey to ensure a ‘one team approach’ to execution
  • Implement live experiences in the SIC, coming from the main Salesforce events (Salesforce Live, Dreamforce, World Tours)
  • Develop interactive showcases for our customers in collaboration with Pre-Sales & Industry Leads and other contributors
  • Promote the SIC offering and services

Who you are...
  • 8+ years of experience in an operational/strategic role and 3+ years of experience in managing customer briefings/events
  • People Management - experience in managing different levels of seniority and personalities
  • Innovation - always looking to improve the Customer experience to increase continuously the business impact
  • Team spirit - strong experience as part of a team, sharing information and supporting team members when needed, especially in their growth
  • Business and impact-oriented - driving maximum data-driven business impact demonstrating the value of the SIC
  • Collaboration & Communication - strong diplomatic skills with ability to create and nurture relationships across multiple teams and at an Executive level and the ability to present in compelling and fluent ways to both internal and external audiences/stakeholders
  • Superior customer service attitude – passion for delivering the best customer experience possible
  • Technology - interested in Salesforce technical environments and in inspiring our customers with innovative showcases
