As a Barclays Salesforce Designer you will have the exciting opportunity to help define the analysis approach in line with the strategic vision of the programme and the preferred methodology, through providing support to the Lead Business Analyst. You will be joining a growing team, with the expectation that you will work with various internal and external stakeholders & teams to validate the performance of the product delivered to the business as per requirement.

What will you be doing?
- Taking responsibility for test infrastructure including environments and software, liaising with teams such as DevOps and Support
- Being responsible for creating the technical design from business requirements
- Working with business analysts and other component teams closely
- You will help the testing teams during the test planning phase and assist with the test cases preparation
- Working independently to elicit, validate and document systems requirements
- Working with functional or business areas and SMEs to plan migrations of users or transactions
- Mitigating risks to Barclays through timely and precise implementation of automation & performance tests under direct supervision
- Initiating, planning, owning and coordinating activities related to achieving organizational priorities and policies
What we’re looking for:
- Experience of Salesforce Sales, Community and Service Cloud applications
- Hands on experience in service cloud features like OMNI channel, Live Agent chat etc.
- Experience in creating design document using tools like Visio
- Experience in doing Proof of Concept for any new solution
Skills that will help you in the role:
- Clear and concise written and verbal communication
- Salesforce Certified architect
- Hands on experience of preparing end-to-end design

You will be based in Radbroke, Knutsford. The Barclays Technology Campus just outside Manchester is our tech command centre and a vital strategic powerhouse behind our global operations. The campus is set in a 64 acre self-contained site, in a beautiful green environment and it offers unrivalled facilities for work and for play. We have an onsite gym, as well as outdoor tennis, football and cricket areas, as well as onsite restaurant and coffee shops.
