Remote Salesforce Administrator

Piper Companies is seeking a Fully Remote Salesforce Administrator to join a technology company specializing in internet-related security and connectivity for fortune 500 companies. This role will be responsible for defining and translating the needs of the business to the technical/engineering resources developing the solutions.

Responsibilities of the Salesforce Administrator include:

• Define and prioritize enhancement of our Salesforce.com environment post-launch to solve business challenges and create additional value
• Assist with Discovery and Requirements Gathering meetings to ensure processes are correctly documented and maintained
• Assist with new hire set up and training and ongoing end-user/admin training on basic functionality
• Assist with the design of reports and dashboards that help leaders run the business
• Help drive adoption and optimization of all enablement tools- assist new with hire training and documentation.
• Identify opportunities/tools for adding value beyond standard configuration (i.e. lightning web components, change management tools, integration tools, etc)
• Serve a ‘back-up’ resource to support other sales ops functions- such as order processing, CPQ when/if needed.
• Build and maintain enablement resource site for end users

Qualifications for the Salesforce Administrator include:

• Salesforce.com certified cloud consultant
• 3+ years Salesforce.com administration experience
• 3+ years of project management experience
• BA/BS Degree

Compensation for the Salesforce Administrator include:

• Salary Range: $95,000-$115,000 **depending on experience**
