Job Purpose and Impact
The Application Support Analyst II will maintain, integrate and implement software applications within our organization. We seek a professional to coordinate software application testing, quality assurance, configuration, installation and support to ensure smooth, stable and timely implementation of new software and updates to installed applications. Key Accountabilities
Develop and recommend improvements to standard and moderately complex application support processes and procedures.
Review, analyze and prioritize incoming incident tickets and/or user requests.
Perform programming, configuration, testing and deployment of fixes or updates for application version releases.
Keep an open channel of communication with users and respond to standard and moderately complex application support requests and needs.
Independently solve moderately complex issues with minimal supervision, while escalating more complex issues to appropriate staff.

Position will be based at Blair, Nebraska. Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
Minimum of two years of related work experience
Minimum 2 years of experience as Salesforce.com administrator or Salesforce business analyst
Demonstrated history of successfully driving projects to completion.
Salesforce.com Admin Certified or ability to get certified within first 3 months on job (ADM 201 and ADM211)
Creative and analytical thinker with strong problem-solving skills
Must demonstrate exceptional verbal and written communication skills at all levels of the organization
Ability to critically evaluate information gathered from multiple sources, reconcile conflicts, decompose high-level information into details, abstract up from low-level information to a general understanding, and distinguish user requests from the underlying true needs Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with Salesforce.com’s Apex Triggers and Classes, Lightning Components, Visualforce Pages, Einstein Analytics, Data Loader, Conga and/or Demand Tools.
Ability to assess the impact of new requirements on all upstream and downstream applications, systems and processes
Proven ability to design and implement new processes and facilitate user adoption.
