Primary Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional collaboration to strategically cultivate and fortify high-level client partnerships, steering business growth through expert advice on digital strategies.
- Utilize sophisticated client-facing communication skills to engage key stakeholders, conduct in-depth assessments of current challenges, and recommend solutions aligned with clients overall business objectives.
- Apply advanced data analytics techniques to extract nuanced insights, steering the formulation of data-driven recommendations that elevate marketing performance and optimize ROI.
- Drive high-level collaborative brainstorming sessions with seasoned consultants to identify and solve core issues, offering innovative, data-backed solutions to address complex client problems.
- Expertly communicate findings to high-level stakeholders in a clear and compelling manner, demonstrating a mastery of conveying complex concepts.
- Demonstrate innovative organizational skills to distill and clarify intricate client requirements, design comprehensive learning plans, and identify optimal resources for precise plan execution.
- Lead implementation of recommended solutions, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems, and contributing strategic insights to enhance project outcomes.
- Identify strategic opportunities for streamlining work processes, introducing cutting-edge methods to complete project scopes efficiently, and maximizing overall project effectiveness.
- Deliver high-level training and support, empowering clients' internal teams in effectively utilizing advanced MarTech tools and platforms.
- Establish and oversee tracking mechanisms and key performance indicators (KPIs) to systematically assess the effectiveness of MarTech solutions, driving continuous improvements.
- Proactively identify growth opportunities, adding substantial value to both clients and internal partners through strategic insights and foresight.
- Commit dedicated time to expand senior-level consulting skills and professional development, engaging in advanced training, mentorship, and daily high-level client interactions.
- Collaborate with high-profile clients to formulate sophisticated data-driven MarTech strategies and roadmaps that intricately align with their marketing and overarching business objectives.
- Execute thorough assessments of our clients' current MarTech infrastructure, tools, and processes at an advanced level, identifying nuanced gaps and presenting strategic recommendations for improvement.
- Lead the seamless integration of chosen MarTech solutions into clients' existing systems, ensuring a high level of expertise in optimizing data flow and system operation.
- Spearhead the integration of web and mobile analytics, orchestrating intricate data audits, conducting advanced quality assurance testing, and maintaining meticulous documentation standards.
- Leverage expertise in Tag Management Systems and an array of MarTech platforms, such as Adobe Launch, Marketo, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Tealium, GA4, various Customer Data Platforms (CDPs), and CRM systems.
Desired Knowledge, Skills, & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field preferred, such as Business Administration, Marketing, Digital Media, Information Systems, Computer Science, Behavioral Economics, Psychology, Analytics, etc.
- 6-10+ years of proven consulting experience, demonstrating a track record of implementing sophisticated technical solutions to address complex client challenges.
- Recognized certifications in leading MarTech platforms and tools; showcasing a deep expertise in the latest industry technologies.
- Extensive background in identifying and resolving substantial business challenges, with a focus on strategic and innovative solutions.
- Proven ability to align methodologies and data sources with intricate business needs, client requirements, and sophisticated research questions.
- Track record of influencing and collaborating with high-level stakeholders and effectively leading cross-functional teams.
- Autonomy in managing and delivering impactful insights and solutions on independent projects with a demonstrated history of contributing to organizational success.
- A strong understanding of emerging industry trends.
- Extensive project management experience, ability to work on a team concurrently handling multiple high-profile clients and projects, showcasing the ability to navigate complex and dynamic situations effectively.
- Expertise in data analysis with a proactive, analytical mindset and a strong commitment to staying abreast of industry advancements.
- Exceptional flexibility, adaptability, and collaboration skills, particularly in navigating complex, fast-paced environments.

- Exhibit a proven mastery of JavaScript, coupled with a deep understanding of popular libraries and frameworks, showcasing the ability to apply this knowledge to complex MarTech challenges.
- Showcase a demonstrated passion and expertise in digital experience optimization, coupled with a proven track record in data analysis and successful implementation of advanced MarTech solutions.
- Validate a history of collaborative work with cross-functional teams, illustrating the ability to lead and implement end-to-end data products and solutions with a high degree of autonomy and strategic insight.
- U.S. citizenship or permanent residency with the ability to work without visa sponsorship.
- Willingness to complete the rigorous application and investigation process for obtaining and maintaining Federal security clearance, emphasizing a commitment to handling sensitive and classified information.

This is a full-time remote opportunity. We currently have teammates located all across the country in 24 different states and 3 countries internationally. Don’t get us wrong, we love to explore. However, due to the nature of our consulting agency, you must remain in the same state/time zone and digital nomads will not be considered. Travel up to 5% for business purposes, determined by client requests or industry events.

Compensation & Benefits
Salary Range: $111,538.00 - $160,000.00 USD annually DOE
We offer a competitive salary based on experience and a supportive, challenging, and fun work environment to ensure teamwork, productivity, and teammate happiness.
