JOB SUMMARY

As a Consultant you will act as an intermediary between Client and internal team to collect, clarify, and translate business needs into requirements and user stories. The Consultant will work on providing functional approaches to solving business problems and be able to translate requirements to development teams.

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES

? Work closely with Sr. Consultant on projects to help to manage weekly meeting schedule and calendar
? Aid in developing agenda and documentation as needed
? Manage notes, action items, and email summary/follow ups from discussions
? Support follow up to solve action items and issues with both business and technical teams
? Understand when to ask for help or clarification from team members for requirements, process, and tech solutions
? Identify issues and risks to escalate to program members as needed
? Help to document in proper formatting all requirements and translate requirements to user stories with formal acceptance criteria
? Analyze business processes and provide consultation for functional requirements of processes.
? Design training materials and provide client training as needed
? Use excellent interpersonal and communication skills, ability to operate in a cross cultural and matrix environment
? Functional Approach and requirements review/brainstorm sessions to understand connection between business requirements and solutioning
? Communicate effectively across business, technical, and cross functional teams
? Build trusting relationships with client and internal teams
? Proactively provides process improvement recommendations within a quickly evolving clients
? Proactively resolves customer satisfaction issues and understands when to escalate issues and risks.
? Apply strong analytical skills, prioritization skills, business intuition, and organizational ability.
? Adaptable, open to change and able to work in ambiguous situations and respond to new information or unexpected circumstances.
? Uphold company mission and values through accountability, innovation, integrity, quality, and teamwork.
? Ability to accommodate working schedules depending on client location and working hours.

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS

? Excellent client-facing written and oral communications skills
? Experience writing requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria
? Must be a driven problem solver, curious, and work independently
? Minimum 2 years of Salesforce platform experience (3+ years preferred)
? Software Consulting experience (Enterprise experience preferred)
? Understanding of the core Salesforce platform (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Community Cloud)
? Active Salesforce certifications (strong preference for Service Cloud, Sales Cloud)
