Key Responsibilities:
- We are looking for someone with validated Leadership in prioritizing business requests, bringing together business requirements from business collaborators, writing user stories, and lead all aspects of end-to-end implementation and roll out plan. Work jointly with Head of CRM platform to improve the value of delivered solutions and ensure they meet collaborators’ needs.
- Be the SME on all tools within the platform.
- Translate business requirements into efficient solutions demonstrating Salesforce tried and tested practices. Act as a decision maker on daily scrum calls and sprint planning to drive effective backlog management.
- Develop documentation and training materials for the business users.
- Identify and implement Salesforce standard methodologies to enable business processes and outcomes. Partner with product managers (Customer experience, Sales Enablement) for Marketing Technology to ensure effective integration. Communicate frequently business collaborators to ensure IT updates are communicated on a consistent basis.
- Track, report and implement product launches/releases. Participate in industry groups and forums to identify outstanding solutions.
Key Required Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree or equivalent (4-years) in Computer Science, Engineering, MIS; or equivalent work experience.
- 10+ years of related experience required.
- 10+ validated experience in technology and/or software development, progressing in complexity and responsibility.
- 5+ years shown success in a fast-paced product management role for SaaS-based products.
- 5+ years in developing and implementing Salesforce CRM Solutions.
- Successful track record of delivering projects that meet business goals as well as time, budget and quality guidelines.
- You have experience working and collaborating with offshore teams. You have strong verbal and written communication skills with ability to present sophisticated information in understandable way to all levels of the organization.
- You can quickly build rapport, credibility, trust, and respect throughout the organization at all levels.
- You can work independently with little direction or direct supervision.
- Shown achievements in planning, advising and implementing sophisticated projects on time, within budget and with desired functionality.
- Validated maturity and efficiency in leadership of technical projects and teams. Experience in delivering technical solutions through both vendors, offshore and onshore, and employee resources.
- Experience with setting technology strategy in alignment with business priorities.

- Validated maturity and efficiency in leadership of technical projects and teams. Experience in delivering technical solutions through both vendors, offshore and onshore, and employee resources.

- Confirmed leader with vision and innovation in using technology to move the business forward.
- Strong communication skills to engage team, facilitate discussions, mentor team members, resolve conflict and mitigate business impediments. Impacting successful product delivery.
