We’re currently seeking a Senior Business Analyst - Salesforce to join the team. As the Senior Business Analyst, you will be responsible for optimizing and automating key financial business processes as the company grows. You will have business process architect experience gathering requirements, designing, delivering, and supporting business transformation using Workday in areas of Financial Accounting, Business Assets, Customer Accounts, Procurement, Projects and Supplier Accounts. You will also have strong interpersonal skills and enjoy working in a dynamic, team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities of the Senior Business Analyst - Salesforce:

Work with Project Manager to maintain and coordinate communication with the stakeholders throughout each project.
Work with the project team to gather the business and functional requirements, developing process flow diagrams.
Work with Salesforce team to create and refine and prioritize user stories in the backlog.
Map functional requirements to Salesforce features and functionality.
Understand and document requirements for configuration and testing.
Critically evaluate information gathered from multiple sources, reconcile inconsistency, and break down high-level information into details.
Coordinate and support regression and user acceptance testing
Work with Administrator and functional stakeholders to create training materials and documentation for end users and help train new end users on new features and functionality.
Work with Architect and Developers to transform new requirements into designs and implementation.
Work with Administrator and functional stakeholders to create training materials and documentation for end users and help train new end users on new features and functionality.
Configure Users Profiles, Permission Sets, Roles, Custom and Formula Fields, Validation Rules, Page Layouts and List views, Process Builder, Flow and Lightning Apps.

Required Qualifications of the Senior Business Analyst:

Minimum of 2 years’ Business Analysis experience.
Minimum of 2 years’ as a Salesforce administrator or Salesforce App Builder.
Minimum of 2 years’ Experience implementing Salesforce projects from start to finish, including the creation of business requirements and other formal documentation
Salesforce certifications (Admin, Advanced Admin, Platform Developer I or Platform App Builder)
CPQ/CLM experience
