We are a strong manufacturing company looking for a Salesforce Project Manager to join our team. You will lead all the Salesforce initiatives through the entire SDLC driving and delivering Salesforce Sales and Service Cloud solutions to the business.
This role is fully remote working east coast hours, we are looking for candidates on the east coast, central or potentially mountain time.
We are a strong manufacturing company looking for a Salesforce Project Manager to join our team. You will lead all the Salesforce initiatives through the entire SDLC driving and delivering Salesforce Sales and Service Cloud solutions to the business.

What You Will Be Doing
- Working within the IT PMO group, lead all Salesforce initiatives
- Serve as Scrum Master conducting Scrums and coordinating Sprints
- Work closely with the business and technology to drive the projects and the strategic objectives
- Utilize Jira in development of epics, user stores and tasks and flows to support the Salesforce solutions
- Create, maintain, and prioritize the Product Backlog according to business value for the life of the project; communicate product backlog priorities
- Provide input into the Change Management plan and serve as a Change Agent across the Business
- Participate in the development of training and user documentation for the system
- Proactively handle issues, manage/track Action Items, identify and mitigate risk
What You Need for this Position
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- 2+ years as a project manager utilizing Agile methodology
- Experience implementing Salesforce solutions
- Proficient with Jira
Pluses:
- Experience with Salesforce Sales and Service Cloud
