Position Overview . As a CRM implementation consultant, you will support a variety of clients. Every day will be different. You will be responsible for configuring new Salesforce orgs, recommending best practice solutions, implementing various automations, and supporting existing customers in their ever growing and improving use of Salesforce. You will support our Project Managers and Account Managers in designing and implementing best practice solutions on the Salesforce platform. Our consultants are effective change agents who are able to quickly build positive relationships and immerse themselves into client environments. They are business savvy and confident in their ability to provide consultative advice.

Effectively manage time and work activities.
Successfully define and manage CRM implementation project activities.
Assist business users in defining key business processes.
Design/implement solutions on the Salesforce or Force.com platform.
Design and configure new orgs and apps including initial setup, user management, profile configuration, mobile configuration, and data management for SalesForce.com.
Design custom reports, dashboards, and processes on the Salesforce platform.
Perform data management functions including data mapping, imports and exports, data manipulation, and cleaning.
Logically and effectively troubleshoot issues within various Salesforce environments.
Create and deliver Salesforce training and documentation.
Proactively identify opportunities to help customers leverage Salesforce for increased efficiency and effectiveness.
Required:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work/school experience
2+ years of industry experience in manufacturing, or professional services
2+ years of Salesforce Administrator experience
Salesforce Certified Administrator
Experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud or Salesforce Service Cloud. Certifications preferred.
Business acumen, including a good understanding of common business processes
Knowledge of database structures, tables and relationships
Knowledge of Salesforce object model.
Proficient use of Microsoft Office products (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Enthusiastic and dedicated to the challenges of serving customers; Ability to quickly develop trusted relationships
Professional in communications, appearance, relationships, and responsiveness
Positive attitude
Superior communication skills, both written and verbal
Self-starter with the ability to perform with little or no direct supervision
Ability to read, write and speak English fluently
Candidates will be required to clear reference and background checks.
