Senior Salesforce Analyst (w/m/d)

Work alongside multiple product teams, key stakeholders and third-party partners to detail specifications and use cases to design, build, test and implement new features, functionalities and processes in the Salesforce instance

WHERE YOUR EXPERTISE IS NEEDED

• Prioritize and manage the work of a cross-functional development team in tandem with an Engineering Manager
• Ensure strong collaboration and communication across the company and build consensus on the road-map
• Manage expectations of stakeholders from different business units and be transparent on progress and priorities
• Stay current on trends, innovation, and competition in a fast-paced environment
• Work closely with Sales & Operations teams to solve their pain points which impact their operational efficiency and productivity

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• Exceptional interpersonal skills; strong written and verbal communication skills
• Hands on experience of Salesforce with a track record leading and delivering technical projects and working knowledge of Lighting platform
• Understanding of enterprise application integration.
• Experience in digitalization and automation of processes over Salesforce by challenging the status quo with an optimized and automated process.
• Experience with product management and proven history of delivering results
