We’re looking for a Salesforce Administrator to join our Business System team from the Chicago office or virtually. If you enjoy collaborating with smart, fun-loving professionals and regularly geek out on process improvement, there’s no better place to join than Q-Centrix!

What’s the job?
Reporting to the Business System Senior Lead, you will own the Salesforce Help Desk to support daily operations within the ecosystem while driving improved performance of our internal systems and processes. Work is primarily within the Salesforce environment. You’ll tap into your affinity for data analytics to support our various departments as they use data to drive decision-making.

  • Take ownership of supporting the Salesforce & PSE environment on the force.com platform and influence the overall strategy for the business systems to align with the business growth.
  • Become an expert in our business and sales processes in order to develop internal business systems that match our teams’ needs.
  • Provide onboarding and training support for new and existing users.
  • Stay in-tune with Salesforce and FinancialForce release updates in order to support the transition.
  • Engage in a variety of process improvements by enhancing existing Salesforce workflows, functionality, configuration, objects, and training.
  • Hone your communication and presentation skills via regular & ad-hoc training and reporting support for the growth team, operation team, and senior management.
You’re our ideal team member if you…
  • Are the proud owner of a Bachelor's degree and have professional experience working within the Salesforce.com platform.
  • 2+ year professional experience working within the Salesforce.com environment
  • Are a Salesforce CertifiedAdministrator.
  • Have an analytical mindset and think outside the box to solve problems thrown at you.
  • Pride yourself on your communication skills and ability to work well in a virtual setting.
  • Can savvily (and quickly!) solve problems.
  • Have patience and attention to detail for working with lots of data.
Brownie points if you…
  • Hold any additional Salesforce Certifications or Trailhead badges.
  • Understand FinancialForce & Salesforce CPQ and have taken training relevant courses or completed certifications.
  • Have worked with a support desk or have familiarity with case management in Salesforce.
