 A pivotal role within the rapidly expanding global CRM team at Jellyfish. This is a leadership position, working closely with Jellyfish's other business channels helping to educate members, share expertise, and be instrumental in helping to grow the agency’s direct consumer interaction offerings. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience working as a CRM / Marketing lead in an agency or client-side. They will have a proven track record of developing strategies and executing solutions that deliver positive business outcomes and be conversant with the latest advancements in marketing automation technologies.

 A successful CRM Director will be able work closely with client-facing team members to identify a clients business needs and develop industry-leading solutions to meet their needs.

 They should be able to confidently lead client workshops and pitches, coordinate relevant internal resources, accurately estimate and scope projects and influence internal and external stakeholders at a senior level.

 The ideal candidate will be a professionally certified subject matter expert of Salesforce Marketing Cloud and must be able to articulately consult with clients to develop best in class solutions.

 Responsibilities
  • Actively contribute to Jellyfish’s CRM value proposition, and collaborate with team members on the development and enhancement of CRM products and services e.g. CRM Audit, Intelligent Customer Lifecycle Mapping
  • Support Sales Lead of strategic partnerships on new business opportunities.
  • Lead complex targeting and personalisation strategies, utilising informed data points to develop advanced segmentation decisions.
  • Collaborate with other business channels to devise appropriate cross-channel efforts and communication streams.
  • Proactively research and identify opportunities to further drive revenue through customer campaigns and improve marketing efficiencies.
  • Advise clients based on their requirements on the best CRM Solution
  • Lead a team of CRM professionals

Requirements
  • Fluent in both English and French language
  • Experience leading customer facing discussions
  • Consultative selling background (desired)
  • Demonstrable experience in customer marketing, CRM, analytics or equivalent
  • Experience in Marketing Automation and Customer Journey Planning
  • Cross-channel business acumen
  • Passionate about leveraging data to achieve business outcomes
  • Highly proficient with marketing technologies (specifically campaign management, data management platforms)
  • Proven ability to manage, develop, and mentor a team
  • Creating Business Requirement Documents
  • Salesforce Marketing Cloud certified
  • Exposure to Google Marketing Platform and Facebook preferred
