What you’ll be doing:
Conduct gap analysis between the documented processes and what’s in the Salesforce Org
Work with the business analyst to ensure that requirements are design ready
Work with the designers to ensure design meets the business requirements
Write user stories and acceptance criteria
Conduct show and tells to the business
Document processes
Conduct declarative development
What we’re looking for:
Experienced Salesforce consultant with extensive experience in functional design, business analysis, and gap analysis
Familiarity with Salesforce Service Cloud and Experience Cloud
Salesforce certified
Stakeholder management capabilities
Experience working on large programs
In-depth technical experience and knowledge of Salesforce
Ability to interview clients and document requirements
Hands-on configuration
Problem solver
Good communication skills (verbal & written)
Clear decision-making skills
Ability to manage the work of other consultants
