The Salesforce Field Service Solution Architect provides overall mentorship regarding strategies and techniques for the SFS product solutions. The SFS Architect will be working with both Business and IT team members to document, design and build product solutions, support business needs, follow strong architectural principles, use system resources efficiently, and integrate cleanly with the user interface and server components of the SFS application and technical architecture. Responsibilities:
Be recognized as functional specialist in Salesforce Field Service Lightning
Translate business requirements into well-architected solutions to best use the Salesforce platforms and products
Provide detailed level of effort estimates for proposed solutions. Articulate the benefits and risks to a solution’s feasibility and functionality
Define business outcomes and success criteria
Engage with Business Partners, Project Management, Product Owner, and our internal delivery team to design, build and execute the best possible solution
Perform Fit/Gap Analysis between customer requirements and Salesforce capabilities.
Build solution design documentation, including user stories and process flows
Configure the Salesforce solution (clicks not code) while working with our extended team for any needed custom development Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree
Field Service Lightning Consultant-Certified
3+ years of Salesforce Field Service implementation experience
6+ years of CRM industry experience
Software Consulting experience (Enterprise experience preferred)
Minimum 5 years of Salesforce platform experience (6+ years preferred)
Specialist understanding of the core Salesforce platform (Service Cloud, Community Cloud, Sales Cloud)
Confirmed ability to design and optimize business processes and integrate business processes across disparate systems
Excellent client-facing written and oral communications skills
Active Salesforce Consultant certifications (Strong preference for Field Service Lightning, Service Cloud, and Community Cloud)
Proficiency in writing user stories to collect Salesforce requirements
Experience with data migrations from third-party systems to Salesforce
Experience with adopting Agile methodology for development
Active Salesforce Certifications (System/Data Architect strongly preferred)
