Job Description
The Role: Perform business analysis and technical evaluation of business processes, end user needs, and existing information systems to create accurate business requirements and functional design specifications for solution implementation. The candidate will be responsible for the application design, development and support of Salesforce.com related projects and have the ability to quickly understand the business process in order to properly align with the solution. The candidate must be able to effectively articulate and negotiate design decisions and considerations specific to the target solution. Job Duties (include but not limited to):

- Plan, define, design and implement complex solutions for Salesforce.com organization and related systems on the force.com platform
- Define the system landscape, to identify gaps between current and desired end-states, and deliver a high-quality solution
- Evaluate project objectives in order to implement policies, procedures and performance standards
- Work closely with development teams to ensure system accurately meets the defined expectations of the business unit, and that proper testing is implemented and performance requirements are closely monitored
- Work with development teams to integrate other systems using integration tools
- Evaluate and characterize trade-offs between project size, complexity, cost, urgency, risk and stakeholder values
- Build, lead and coach multiple project teams through multiple project lifecycles simultaneously
- Estimate level of effort required and identify necessary skillsets to complete the identified solution
- Create and manage documentation supporting Business Operations
- Assess and resolve all high priority project risks as they are encountered and support Business Operation audits
- Represent the team and company in project (and, if needed, customer) meetings
- Professionally document meetings, requirements, plans, schedules and incidents as necessary to drive ‘next steps’ and to keep stakeholders informed
- Assume additional responsibilities as directed by management; support other department personnel and projects as required
- Off-hours production deployment support & remote computing needs as required
Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree (BS in Engineering, Computer Science or related field preferred)
- 6+ years of direct experience in all aspects of configuring and developing CRM applications
- Proven experience in overseeing the direction, development and implementation of CRM software solutions
- Proficient in programming using, Java, JavaScript, HTML, SQL and XML in the development of CRM solutions
- Proficient with the Salesforce.com developer toolkit including Apex Classes, Controllers and Triggers, Visualforce, Force.com IDE, Migration Tool and Web Services
- Strong facilitation skills to engage subject matter experts to define requirements and conduct design reviews with project teams
- Highly analytical, detail oriented, persistent and not afraid to ask questions. Able to analyze, implement and improve complex systems/processes
- Able to define, document and support systems, projects, policies and procedures
- Knowledge of applicable data privacy practices and laws
- Ability to anticipate risks and devise solutions to resolve them in a timely manner
- Demonstrated success in managing multiple projects/priorities concurrently within aggressive timeframes with an ability to cope under time pressures.

- Comfort with ambiguity, frequent change and/or unpredictability
