Who You Are

Our growing B2B software company is looking for a Salesforce/Systems Architect who is eager to join our team. Beyond just delegation, you'll be knee-deep in the architecture, design, and optimization of our Salesforce environment and its connected systems. You'll also provide leadership in ensuring best practices, standardizations, and a seamless technological trajectory. You will work alongside our Sr. Salesforce Admin to craft long-term solutions and drive process improvements. You are someone who enjoys collaborating with cross-functional teams and is familiar with SaaS business processes.

What You'll Bring to the Table

  • Proven experience as a Salesforce Architect; ideally, held an 'Architect' title for a minimum of 2 years, emphasizing Salesforce and related systems, or equivalent experience.
  • Salesforce Certified Solution Architect is a strong asset, but hands-on architecture experience is preferred.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and leadership skills, fostering collaboration and team dynamics.
  • Experience with managing and mentoring preferred.

What You'll Do

  • Craft and deliver long-term strategic goals for data architecture vision.
  • Establish and implement data standards, ensuring they're maintained throughout the entire platform.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders and leaders to translate business needs into scalable solutions.
  • Analyze the current technology environment to detect critical deficiencies and recommend solutions for improvement.
  • Oversee and manage contractor engagements, ensuring timely and efficient project deliveries.
  • Collaborate with the Senior System Administrator and other team members to ensure a harmonized approach.

  • You possess a Bachelor's degree in related field.
  • You have Salesforce Certifications (Development Lifecycle & Deployment Architect preferred).
  • You're based in Utah (Remote applicants will be considered).
