About the Team:
Change is critical for Liberty Specialty Markets (LSM) to maintain its competitive edge and prosper within today’s fast-paced insurance market. The Digital Transformation department work with stakeholders throughout LSM to ensure that change is successful, and the maximum benefit is realised.
Purpose of the Role:
The Business Analyst works as part of a project team to deliver business change projects.They carry out requirements elicitation, analysis and documentation tasks to ensure that the project deliverable is the ideal solution for the business.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct analysis work to a consistently high standard within a range of business areas, producing output to agreed timescales, formats and standards
- Contribute to projects as required to develop proposals, requirements or other project documentation.
- Stakeholder management – interact with all levels of management, obtain buy in and sign off and manage expectations
What the ideal candidate will have:Required
- London Market change experience with knowledge of business analysis methodologies
- In-depth knowledge of the underwriting process and general insurance
- Comfortable working with ‘C’ level stakeholders
- BPMN or similar business process modelling skills
Desirable
- Knowledge of the Salesforce user interface
- Experience of working in an agile delivery team
- Writing user stories and acceptance criteria
- Ability to support UAT process and document evidence
- Creating user documentation (guides, training materials, comms)
- Comfortable working at a data attribute level and an individual record level
