Responsibilities:
As The Director of Salesforce Configuration Business Solutions, you will be responsible for strategic roadmap planning and development while working closely with the leadership, stakeholders and user groups. You will lead, manage and coach a team of high performing Salesforce and Business Solutions Specialists. The ideal candidate will understand both SDLC, Salesforce CRM and Facets Configuration/ Operations within an Agile environment. You will be a strategic thought partner and collaborate with internal teams including IT, Provider, Member, Utilization management, Local Market Plan resources, Training and Change Management. A complete understanding of data requirements and structure is required to execute on both the CRM and Business Solutions. You will work as part of a team of problem solvers, helping to solve business issues from strategy to execution, looking for opportunities to scale efficiencies and new ways of working across multiple projects and environments while partnering with business and IT leaders throughout the organization to assist them on their CRM journey and business growth.
Education/ Experience:
- Requires the understanding and ability to solve business and technology challenges related to the implementation of CRM technologies, delivery of Enterprise Social platforms, and designing and developing platform based applications that meet client business needs.
- Perform as a leader-supervising teams to create an atmosphere of trust and seeking diverse views to encourage improvement and innovation; answering questions and providing direction to less-experienced staff; coaching staff including providing timely meaningful written and verbal feedback.
- Utilizing PC applications (i.e. Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Visio) and business levels of fluency in multiple languages to write, communicate, facilitate, and present clearly, emphasizing the ability to capture effectively clients' needs and understand their process enough to be able to translate those needs in to system functionality.
- Implementing system applications, software configurations, and XML or other related coding in the following CRM technological product suites; Salesforce.com, SAP, Oracle.
- Bachelor Degree preferred with a minimum of eight (8) years of experience related to integrated healthcare business technology.
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
