Salesforce Engineer (m/f/d)

We're looking for a motivated and driven Salesforce Engineer to join Operations domain. In this domain, you will contribute to automating the experience of our customers. During the interview you will learn about the teams you can join, from the Customer Service Automation team who is enabling an easy experience for our customers for any post-sales questions, or our Traffic Control team, enabling any issue the drivers face to be solved seamlessly to our Partner Management team who ensures our partners have the tools to easily scheduled the rides and manage their own operations through our system.

Your Tasks – Paint the world green

• Be part of a cross functional engineering and product team
• Independently design and build scalable solutions and integrations
• Full responsibility for the full software development life cycle
• Collaborating with developers and Solution Architects
• Translating business requirements into technical and functional solutions
• Promote continuous improvement and best practices standards across the business

Your Profile – Ready to hop on board

• Experience implementing and developing Salesforce solutions
• Understanding of programming patterns and how to apply/implement within Salesforce
• Understanding of the Salesforce platform, including capabilities and limitations, particularly Service & Community Clouds.
• Experience in implementing Salesforce solutions using Aura framework
• Platform Developer I Certified
• Articulate and clear communication skills
• Fluent in English
• Nice to have: Experience mentoring colleagues
• Nice to have: knowledge on telephony systems and CTI setup
• Nice to have: knowledge in LWC
• Nice to have: Experience in building Integrations with 3rd party systems (for ex: Kafka)
