We are searching for a Salesforce Administrator to join our fast-growing Business Systems team in Austin. We are working on extending our billing platform to make it an effortless experience for our customers as well as drive Operational Excellence for our Sales and Marketing teams. This is an exciting and meaningful opportunity both from a technical and career opportunities perspective.
The day to day.
Serve as domain specialist and systems administrator for our Salesforce CRM to help the organization maximize efficiency and scale. This is a great opportunity not only to hone your Salesforce skills but also learn other systems such as HubSpot, Intercom, Dialpad, NetSuite, Integrator.io, and more!
- Participate in implementation and integration projects working with multiple teams to refine user roles, permissions and controls.
- Provide outstanding internal support on system issues including system availability, and performance optimization to our business partners.
- Evaluate system issues, identify alternatives, and implement timely solutions.
- Evaluate and streamline business processes by using systems tools and automations.
- Document requirements, design and analyze a variety of reports or queries. Design reports related to internal systems for management and audit purposes
Your skills and expertise.
Minimum qualifications:
- Salesforce.com Admin certified
- Solid understanding of Sales and Service Cloud
- Experience with Flows and Process Builder
- Demonstrable ability to design and implement new processes and facilitate user adoption.
- Ability to build formula fields, workflows, custom views, and other content of intermediate complexity
- Solid understanding of Salesforce.com standard methodologies and functionality
- Strong data manipulation, migration, and management abilities
- A demonstrated ability to understand and articulate complex requirements
- Experience with Integrator.io advantageous
Preferred Skills:
- Excellent project management skills and a positive attitude
- Demonstrated ability to handle and prioritize simultaneous requests
- Creative and analytical thinker with strong problem-solving skills
- Must demonstrate ability to communicate effectively at all levels of the organization
- Ability to assess the impact of new requirements on Salesforce.com and all upstream and downstream applications, systems and processes
