The Salesforce Administrator will work closely with the Salesforce CRM Manager to ensure that Collinson is maximizing efficiency and capitalizing on the full features and benefits of the system based on the various user group needs. We are seeking someone with excellent Salesforce knowledge and good communication skills who can interface directly with internal stakeholders to understand their needs in order to support a number of internal Salesforce projects in a global capacity. This person will report to the Salesforce CRM Manager and together work collaboratively on the development of the application and day-to-day administrative tasks.

  • Quality checks to ensure data completeness and accuracy of Accounts, Contacts and Opportunities.
  • Monitor neglected Leads, Opportunities, Accounts, Contacts and Activities as appropriate.
  • Help to ensure data integrity by merging duplicate Leads, Contacts, and Accounts where appropriate; performing mass uploads and updates of data as required.
  • Create list views to support salesforce users in the region.
  • Mass edit, update and merge records as and when required
  • Create exceptional and ad hoc reports for the business development team(s) in the region, as requested.
  • Work with Salesforce manager to produce regional and local dashboards based on business requirements.
  • Manage report folders for sales reps and utilise report links to support data checks and update.
  • Work with sales, marketing and account managers on day-to-day queries.
  • Monitor usage and mentor users/groups needing assistance
  • Respond to enquiries that come through the generic salesforce support inbox or ticketing system.
  • Support training to end users on an on-going basis.
  • Support password request.
  • Help gather end users feedback, requirements, and discuss with Salesforce CRM manager for consideration/implementation.
  • Help manage/maintain user licences, creation and profiles updates.
  • Maintain security including sharing rules and security levels
  • Support troubleshooting
  • Reassign Accounts, Contacts, and Opportunities in response to personnel changes
  • Work with Salesforce Manager to produce and maintain process documents, training material, data structure lists (e.g. picklist values - Industry, sector)
  • Support with tracking of training sessions for all end users.
  • Help gather business requirements
  • Support with project planning and management of tasks
ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS:

They must have solid salesforce.com skills and ideally, understand the general concepts of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) with focus on Sales Pipeline Management. Most importantly they should be proactive, organized and logical.

Experiences:
  • At least 3 years of Salesforce administration experience
  • In-depth knowledge of the standard capabilities of SFDC and have successfully expanded on those capabilities through the use of custom code (Apex, s-controls) and/or integration with external systems
  • Strong reporting background using standard reporting tools including standard salesforce.com reporting functionality
  • Salesforce.com Administrator certification is required
  • Detail oriented and self-starter with strong written and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently, as well as part of a team
  • Proven ability to utilize Salesforce.com as a sales analysis tool
  • Great communication skills with enthusiastic personality
  • Computer literate and proficient in standard office applications Word, Excel and Outloot
  • Strong problem solving skills, data and software applications
