Senior Business Analyst (SalesForce) - Remote

A consumer product company in New Jersey is currently seeking a new Business Analyst, with a strong SalesForce background, for a great Senior-level opportunity with their staff. Working remotely, the Senior Business Analyst (SalesForce) will be responsible for eliciting business needs, specifying user stories/use cases, modeling processes, evaluating system impacts, performing detailed analysis, prioritizing business requests, and partnering with the Project team to ensure the successful delivery of new system capabilities, enhancements, and fixes in support of various client applications.

Responsibilities:

The Senior Business Analyst (SalesForce) will be responsible for:

• Analysis and documentation of business needs and systems impacts to ensure the successful delivery of various client applications
• Completing assignments with the ability to work on 1-3 projects
• Understanding the business needs and requests, identifying solutions, gathering information, and translating business needs into documented artifacts that are understandable to business and IT personnel alike
• Documenting business requirements, user stories/acceptance criteria, use cases, workflow diagrams etc.
• Working with the Business Users to analyze processes and system issues and turn them into actionable system changes that benefit the requesting party(s), improve efficiency in operations and overall performance
• Collaborating with the Project team and Business Partners during project planning, incremental software delivery reviews, and User Acceptance testing to ensure the software has been implemented based on the specifications
• Performing other duties, as needed

Qualifications:

• 10+ years of IT experience; 8+ years of experience in Systems Analysis & Design
• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, other related majors
• Experience in SDLC and Agile/Scrum methodology, including: eliciting/documenting user stories/acceptance criteria, backlog management, and Sprint reviews.
• Experience in Salesforce
• Experience with Data Mapping
• Modeling experience (e.g., process flows, use cases, swim lane diagrams, AS-IS / TO-BE diagrams, mock-ups/wireframes)
• Knowledge of Information Security Awareness
• Solid understanding of Web Applications
• Proven record of successful large scale project implementations
• Great interpersonal skills
• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
• Strong attention to detail
• Highly organized

Desired Skills:

• Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) or similar certification
• Product Owner or Scrum Master certification
• Salesforce certification
• Experience in Jira
• Experience with CPQ, Vendavo
• Experience with in enterprise Business-to-Business durable goods, construction, or building materials manufacturing
