JOB DESCRIPTION
Insight Global’s client in the Atlanta area is looking for a Salesforce BA to join their team. This person will join the team and immediately take ownership/spearhead the 3 year strategic project from a functional standpoint that they just put in place. He/she will be responsible for creating user stories and gather business requirements from the business – this person will act as the liaison between the functional and technical teams. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills so they are able to completely take ownership of the relationships with the business stakeholders and ask the right questions.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
- 5+ years of Salesforce experience (SFDC) Sales and Service clouds with end to end implementation experience
- Experience gathering/analyzing business requirements
- Experience writing user stories
- Strong communication – previous experience working with Business stakeholders, technical teams, business owners to execute BA tasks
- Agile experience – must have at least 1 full implementation within an agile environment
DESIRED SKILLS
- Sales Cloud and Service cloud consultant certification – (our client will sponsor them for these certifications if not)
- Salesforce CPQ
