Your responsibilities:

Push back hard on technical debt - advocate for sustainable systems development to support fast growth
Coordinate all Salesforce development staff including freelancers, partner agencies, managed service resources, and cross-departmental internal resources
Serve as de facto agile project lead / scrum master for the Salesforce Jira project
Develop and maintain devops / deployment architecture and processes and sandbox instances
Manage global user base
Ensure stability of external integrations, Apex triggers, flows
Basic declarative Salesforce administration (dashboards, reports, fields, page layouts, etc)
Own Salesforce release communication and user engagement strategy
Provide second-level user support
Providing technical support for all CRM users
Managing data and keeping records accurate up to date and consistent across integrated systems.
Coordinate strategy and projects with the Global Head of Sales Operations as required

Your qualifications:

Revenue department enablement experience
Project management experience
Experience with Trade Promotion Management strategy
Systems architecture experience (specifically Netsuite, Salesforce, Celigo, Snowflake and Tableau)
Salesforce Sales Cloud
Salesforce Service Cloud
Netsuite
Celigo
Experience in food service or retail
Experience in nonprofits or other volunteer organizing
