About the role
Our team is comprised of hungry individuals who enjoy the challenge and thrill of building a company as well as solving real problems that have a huge impact on our customer's businesses. As the Salesforce Administrator, you'll work closely with the Sales Operations Manager to streamline Sales operations and strategy for a rapidly growing team! You'll be our go-to person for Salesforce related support, integrations and projects. Expect to work cross functionally with the Marketing, Customer Success and Finance on Salesforce process and data related projects.
What you'll do as a Salesforce Administrator
- Create and customize standard and custom Salesforce objects including creating custom fields, formula fields, organizing page layouts, workflows, flows, process builders and validation rules
- Develop and maintain documentation related to standard operating procedures and process workflows
- Develop and executive comprehensive training materials for users
- Collaborate with the Customer Success and Marketing teams in projects that involve Salesforce and Sales tech stack
- Proactively monitor and report on data integrity, performing database de-duping and other cleanup procedures
- Install and maintain third party applications as needed to meet business goals
- Leverage third party applications to enrich database with relevant and current Contact, Account and Lead data
- Assist with the management, prioritization, distribution, and escalation of Internal Requests
What we're looking for
- 1+ year experience with Salesforce
- Experience working with business or sales operations teams
- Proven ability to problem solve and think strategically
- Advanced data analysis skills using Excel or Google Sheets
- Proven track record in taking ownership to deliver results within a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Passionate about improving internal processes, driving a better experience for all users
- Strong desire to develop skills and grow in Salesforce Administration or Sales/Revenue Operations as a career
