We are seeking a CRM Specialist to join our team and to contribute to consolidate and evolve the CRM ecosystem. This position is a great opportunity for those interested in driving innovation and meaningful change. This position is aimed to support CRM & Omnichannel Events Associate Director to coordinate the business as usual activities and to consolidate and evolve CRM landscape. The position also requires the ability to effectively interact with a variety of internal and external stakeholders, both at local an international level.

Main functions

  • Supporting the management and governance of the CRM corporate tool, with special focus on the Events Management module.
  • Management and delivery of the business as usual operations of the CRM platform and Events module, guaranteeing compliance with established procedures and controls. Supervising the resolution of incidences and escalating accordingly when needed.
  • Supporting on monitoring event data to make sure it is being reflected accurately and according to compliance.
  • Contributing to lead the processes of continuous improvement with the objective to ensure quality and completeness of the information in the corporate CRM.
  • Supporting the implementation, running and improvement of other CRM features and modules. Monitoring and tracking the development of Veeva product to assess new features to come
  • Participating in key strategic CRM projects, both local and regional. Supporting the change management processes around CRM strategy, providing end-user training, preparing training materials, handling workshops, etc.
  • Work collaboratively with CRM admin and other internal roles. The position requires the ability to effectively interact with a variety of internal and external stakeholders as it could be business teams, Regional Hubs and IT department.
  • Participating in data revision and data cleanse initiatives. Collaborating in data analysis and data system extractions. Performing data processing to ensure its quality and consistency across different associated systems

Education, Skills & Experience Required

Background & Experience

  • Bachelors or master degree (Engineering, Marketing, Business, etc.) from accredited institution
  • Ideally 2 years experience in the pharmaceutical industry
  • Experience as CRM administrator in Salesforce based solutions (ideally Veeva).
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools, with special attention to excel
  • Solid understanding of the pharmaceutical/life sciences industry, core business questions and related data sources.
