Here in the Byron Bay head office, we are on the lookout for a BA with a strong Salesforce background, you will bridge the gap between the business stakeholders and the technical team and use your Salesforce expertise to ensure successful implementations and optimisations of Salesforce applications.

Role responsibilities:

Provide insights and recommendations which will help streamline operations, improve user experience, and achieve our strategic objectives.
Administer and maintain Salesforce, including user management, security settings and data integrity.
Continue our journey in hitting 100% automation of key processes in the business
Improve the capture and management of commercial Agreements in Salesforce.
Regular system Health check runs and Release patch updates.
Troubleshooting and solving any issues within Salesforce
Overseeing the review of (old) processes, retire and update all legacy fields, dashboards and end of life data.
Provide technical support, addressing any issues or questions related to Salesforce functionality.
Create and maintain detailed documentation of Salesforce configurations, processes, and procedures.
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business processes, needs, and goals.
Document requirements and translate them into functional specifications for Salesforce solutions
Design and propose Salesforce solutions that meet business requirements.
Create detailed process flows, use cases, and user stories to guide development and configuration.
Work with Salesforce Administrators and Developers to configure Salesforce objects, workflows, validation rules, reports, and dashboards based on business requirements.
User Training and Support: Provide training and support to end-users to ensure effective utilisation of Salesforce.
Develop user documentation and help guides.
Testing and Quality Assurance: Create test plans and test cases to ensure that solutions are properly implemented and meet the specified requirements. Conduct testing and manage any issues or defects.
Stakeholder Communication: Maintain regular communication with stakeholders to provide updates, gather feedback, and ensure alignment with business objectives.
Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements and enhancements within Salesforce. Stay up-to-date with Salesforce releases and new features to recommend best practices.

Qualifications, Skills and Experience:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, IT or related field. Salesforce certifications e.g. Salesforce Administrator / Salesforce Business Analyst are a plus
Around 5 years experience as a Business Analyst wit a focus on Salesforce
Proven experience in Salesforce configuration, including custom objects, workflows, and reports.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to understand complex business processes
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with stakeholders and team members
