Looking for multiple Salesforce Admins to join a growing team within a Salesforce COE. In this role you will be working on a very complex salesforce organization working on bleeding edge technologies. This is the biggest transformation initiative this company has ever gone through. They rolled out Salesforce 2 years ago and are now are working on more in depth work to come, lots of integration work and building out the platform so it a 1 stop shop for users. In this role you will be working closely with technology and the business. You will be the salesforce SME and go to person for the business line you are assigned to. You need to be comfortable and confident in your Salesforce abilities and able to communicate clearly with the Business.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors Degree or comparable experience or certifications in Salesforce
• 3 years of hands on experience working in Salesforce and doing configuration work
• Ability to be the Salesforce SME and act as the PM, BA and Admin to gather requirements for stories with the business, document them, come up with a solution, do the configuration work in salesforce and/or work with offshore and development teams
• Experience with releases
• Experience with testing within salesforce
• Experience with Flows and Process Builders
• Experience with Communities (Experience Cloud)
• Experience supporting organizations with 500+ users (the more users/complex environments the better)
• Einstein experience would be a huge plus
• Financial Services Cloud Experience would be a huge plus
• Financial Services industry experience would be a huge plus
