You will be part of the Digital Solutions CRM Team within the Digital & IT Group in an international environment.

During your mission you will:

  • Enable the Group to accelerate its growth and innovation by getting the most possible value from the different Salesforce Platforms, software components and their usage (>10k users in the world).

  • Interact with the editor and external ecosystems to understand plans, evolutions, trends concerning Salesforce CRM market and identify and facilitate opportunities for the Saint-Gobain, as well as possible risks or issues.

  • Your responsibilities include ensuring that software meets Saint-Gobain technical and Cybersecurity needs and that Saint-Gobain is in compliance with licensing terms.

  • Your main contacts are:
    • Salesforce Sales, Engineers and Products managers,
    • your pairs in other similar companies (for benchmark)
    • other applications partners interacting with Salesforce and
    • Business and Technical colleagues worldwide inside the group

Your responsibilities

  • Define and implement procedures to handle centralized Salesforce Software Requests coming from any business inside the Group: reception of the requests, approvals, acquisition when appropriate, assignment or re-assignment, re-invoicing to the entities.
  • Purchase and make available (assign) Software when requested and following procedures.
  • Regularly swap (change one license nature into another) and transfer licenses as per agreed rules with the Editor and according to internal procedures.
  • Store all related license documentation.
  • Make sure that Saint-Gobain is compliant with License agreements and being ‘Audit Ready’.
  • Provide visibility via dashboards/reports about type licenses and usage. Identify and implement the necessary Kpis to measure the usage of Salesforce software and make them visible at the right level of the organization.
  • Elaborate plans to optimize the usage of acquired licenses and reduce costs by avoiding redundant new acquisitions.
  • Promote education on software features and capabilities via communications, demos and participate/animate user Communities.
  • Responsible for le licenses lifecycle from the moment is requested, through procurement, deployment, recycling and finally retirement.
  • Work closely with cost-control team for all financial aspects, with special focus on clear and as simple as possible recharging rules to the businesses.
  • Promote and facilitate Proof of Concept projects with the intention to spread and scale when appropriate.
  • Contribute to share best practices and solutions with Group Digital & IT CRM Team.
  • Actively contribute to communicate the CRM Offer in the Group through Communities, Newsletters, Saint-Gobain UniCampus, and LiveChats.

As part of a dynamic team, you will collaborate with profiles with complementary skills to ensure the success of the subjects entrusted to you.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • You have a master degree (BAC+5) from an engineering or business school (or an equivalent degree).
  • You have at least 5 years’ experience in project management or support on software platforms (Salesforce is appreciated) related to Sales and Marketing processes.
  • You enjoy dealing with external partners (software editors, others companies), participating to external meetings and events. You are curious; also you have excellent communication skills and are convincing in getting your ideas across. You have analytical and writing skills.
  • You have experience in managing budgets and ability to manipulate data and summaries complex reports to present to non-specialists. You have experience of flexible and proactively gathering and analyzing information.
  • You have the ability to handle confidential information with tact and sensitivity, and confidence to take charge of diverse tasks and deliver high quality work in a challenging and ever-changing environment.
  • You have strong personal organization skills and ability to manage own time to meet deadlines
  • You are able to travel around the world to meet Saint-Gobain business when appropriate.
  • You are fluent in English and French, both written and spoken.

Technical Context :

Salesforce Platform software (Sales Cloud & Service Cloud, CPQ, Tableau CRM, Pardot, etc) and other possible software available in AppExchange.
